LOC Aura with H124-14J

LOC Aura with H124-14J

METRA (NJ club) had a launch today, along with members from LIARS (a Long
Island club whose launches are on hold due to the flight 800 situation).
I will send some highlights later, suffice it to say that it was an ideal
day...80deg, low humidity, light winds, great people, and lots of rockets
(up to K).  I certified level 1 on a PML Explorer with an H124-10J ...nice
flight, very stable.
So..I tried a LOC Aura (8oz) with an H124-14J..I was hoping to see it
again, but no way.  It seemed to go right through the clouds!  Very
impressive!  I hope some kid finds it (in another state most likely..) and
gives it a good home.
Thanks to Bill (METRA president), Lou at Zepplin Hobbies, Dennis, and all
the others who have worked so hard to make this club so active and
enjoyable.
Although I love the kit, I am constantly disappointed in the Aerotech
Strongarm...it flys great, but always suffers minor fin damage during
recovery (30" chute)...yes I suppose I could switch to a 36"....
Also, could anyone tell me where I can find an Aerotech 24mm RMS casing??
Aerotech is out of them, and has no idea when the next shipment is coming
in....I have tried several of the major hobby stores...no luck.  Any help
along this line would be greatly appreciated!
