New Quest rockets

I don't know if anybody else has seen the new "Micro Maxx"
rocket kits coming from QUEST next year or not, however....

I got a flyer out of a Model Retailer magazine the other day and
scanned it for all of you who'd like to take a peek.

They look like they could be a lot of fun.

C'mon Mike, I can envision a fleet of BG's and RG's that I can launch in my
back yard. Also, these small motors could be used to "test bed" wierd designs.
I'm looking foward to getting some of these little wonders and going Micro Maxx
crazy!

Thanks Eric for posting the pages on a web site.  I probably will blow some
cash on these little rascals, but:

Are these motors NAR certified???
I haven't seen the NAR page lately so I admit I haven't looked, but the NAR
does usually post new certs on RMR.
I also ask another question:  Are the new 1/4A3-3T's showing up anywhere yet?
I have looked in the C***te NC area and haven't seen any.
Thanks

Is this a catalog from quest ?

If so How do I get it !

How much are they expecting to sell these for ?

Also they are a LOT smaller than I thought !!

I am really going to have fun with these :-)

Now if we can get Micro Machines involved we might have a real boomer here
:-)

Oh God this is TOOOOOOO Cool

If quest pulls an estes of canceling a rocket before even making it I will
go there in person and slap the people around

Lets see what I can see !!! Drool Drool

Blackbird, TOmohawk, Space Fighter, (Micro UFO (to cool I MUS TOWN IT)
Saturn V (peter :-) Space Shuttle,  and 2 other rockets

also looks like the engines are going to be real cheap to and for a bunch of
them !!

I WANT THEM !!! :-)

NAR S&T doesn't comment on "in process motors", but based on what I recently
heard from an unnamed source, the NAR has been aware of these for over a
year. I suspect that they have been tested already and the announcement has
been held off until they become available. Look at the NCR F62, which was
certified for about a year before announcement, and the G70 which has been
certified over 2 years and still isn't out.

The NAR will post the certification when Quest says "GO".

It's probably the one page flier we got at RCHTA 2 months ago.

IIRC, the two-packs with motors will be "under $10" which makes for a retail
of 9.99. I'd guess about $20 for the set with silo.

They are really tiny. When I first saw the Flying Saucer, I thought it was a
toy handout, not a flying rocket.

No you are not. It is forbidden!

Pictures of some of these tiny gems have been on the NIRA web page since
early November, in the RCHTA article. Check the link in my .sig...
