Hobbylinc's posting for THE LAUNCH PAD

This is to inform all interested parties that Hobbylinc's posting about The
Launch Pad (in their web page under "Rocket Companies") simply is not true.

They state:  "Hobbylinc no longer carries Launch Pad products.  We have been
unable to establish a sound relationship with The Launch Pad and have had
difficulty maintaining our stock of Launch Pad rockets."

In fact, Hobbylinc has NEVER TRIED to establish ANY relationship with The
Launch Pad, sound or otherwise.  They have NEVER ordered anything directly from
us, dealing with our wholesalers instead.

They imply that we have difficulty in filling our orders.  Absolutely not true.
In fact, we have all 44 kits currently in stock and have always maintained
pride in filling all orders received quickly and accurately.  Ask Magnum.  Ask
Commonwealth displays.  Ask anybody who DOES deal with us directly.

If you can't get your Launch Pad kit orders filled through Hobbylinc, we invite
you to contact us.

A 1998 hardcopy catalog (with order form) can be obtained for $3.00 (to cover
printing and postage) from:

We invite your business.

Hobbylinc's posting for THE LAUNCH PAD

As a customer,. all I can say is my dealings with Hobbylinc have always been
professional and courteous. I was disappointed to see them drop Launch Pad
but they never really carried that many anyway. I still highly recommend
them form engines 1/2A-G. Good prices and good service.

I bought my 1st LP kit from Commonwealth a week or so ago via mail. Good
service, okay prices. Bet you'll never guess Chuck *what* pushed me to stop
procrastinating  and buy a kit?    B)

Pay Forward,
Jeff

I have four LP kits now.  I bought my first few from Mountainside and
won a Rapier in Muncie over the weekend.  I've seen plenty of LP kits at
Magnum, Commonwealth, and several local hobby stores.  If there's a
shortage, you can't prove it by me.  Sounds like someone's trying to
blow smoke up someone's orifice.  <g>

Keep making great kits Chuck,

I also won a (an?) LP kit at Muncie, a very nice Matra "Magic"
R550.  It's my second LP kit and I'm looking forward to building it
(and photographing it in flight!).
