Scrapbook Retreat?

Has anyone heard anything about this place? The price sounds almost too good
to be true compared to other retreats, most are around $250 for the weekend.

Our Memory Cottage
http://www.FoundCollection.com/
$160 for weekend - each person has own bed (2 bunk rooms) limit of 9 people
5 meals included, unlimited snacks and drinks (they have menus and we pick
our meals)
5' s***table
store open all weekend
Rogersville, MO

look at the contest and event page.. In certain months there are good
specials. Like aug and sept is only $100...based on first come first served.
Only a 7-8 hour drive for me.

It's a 6.5 hour drive for me.Two years ago we went to Gatlinburg for four
days and the drive was the same. I have not been back to the Ozarks since
1981. Wonder what kind of deal they would do to add an extra day? I might
e-mail them today if I get time.
Of course, DH will have to find a job before I can even think of spending
extra money. I have my money that I put back for CKC. I go to Nashville
every year the first weekend in May. This year when I went online to check
on the convention I found that they are not having one there this year.

Hadn't seen it before and I have to say that it's only a 4 1/2 hour drive
from me and Deb!  hmmm......wouldn't be horrible on gas, especially if it
was split between two......

Subtle hint Kenda?  LOL  DH did ask me if it was something I would want to
do, though.  It does sound very interesting, and not bad cost-wise I think.
Road trip with Kenda?  Never.....not unless the chocolate comes with us.
Hmmm...think we could get V. & our new stamper to come?  Oh!  And your
sister!  LOL  Would the guys ever let us escape again?  LOL

Hey, if you plan for a trip there in the summer count me in (if I can get DH
out from under foot and back into the work force). I got too many irons in
the fire until June.

This particular one only sleeps 9, so it's definately not one that we could
get all of RCS at.  LOL  But yes, when we do find one big enough for all of
RCS, I think it would be great to either have one in Canada (since I've
never been there) or one far enough in the north US (which I've never been
to, either LOL) that our Canada members could more easily come.  Of course,
I know finding a site for a RCS meet that is close enough for everyone is
like finding a needle in a haystack!  LOL
