I'm crazy about punches!   I just got a corner punch with a teddy bear in it
on clearance last week.    Yesterday I was working on some ideas for a
page - I found the old black and white pic that you turn into the newpaper
for my wedding announcement and now I'm trying to decide which is the corner
photo punch I want for it's mat.   You know what I  mean?     The punches
that create little slots of some type that you can then slip your photo
corners into.    What's y'alls favorite, if you have one?

I think I'm a punch-a-holic almost as much as a scrap-a-holic.  I have quite a
few but it's never enough.  I'm not really big on the corner punches though.  I
guess because the one I have has been a pain in the tush!  More specifically, I
never managed to get the corner of the photo in the right spot.

Of the punches that I have I think one of my favorites is the Mega Daisey from
Nankong.  It's cool!  The one that I would like to have but haven't seen
anywhere is by Emaginations and I believe it's called Cornice.  It's a square
punch with a pattern  in it.....not a great description but it's so pretty.
You can punch it them cut the paper square in 1/2 to use for photo corners.

For something like a wedding announcement I would probably choose Fiskars heart
corner slit.  I have also become a punch collector.  I have more than I really
use so now I have to start using them more to justify buying more.

I think the ones I use the most are probably the heart punches, but the ones
that I think are the best buys are the ones that are more detailed. I don't
want to have to cut all those little corners or grooves out. They also make
great embellishments for cards or scrapbook pages. I especially love the
leaf punches.  I think I have at least 100 punches so far and I am always
looking for more. Connie

I just got a couple of punches.  I have always been into stickers and such.
I'm e***d to use them though.  I got a really cute swirl one from my LSS,
and they were a reasonable price.  I have this feeling I am going to get
***ed...

Corner & corner slot punches have got to be my fave! I like my flower
& leaf one's too. I wish one of the lss's around here offered a class
in fl***punch art. All of it that I've seen is beautiful. Those
Fiskars border punches look neat too, although I don't have any yet.

I was at the store today and FINALLY saw some of the scizzors that work like
the photo corner punches.   The reason I've never seen them before is they
didn't have them with the scrapbook stuff at JoAnn's.    Instead they had
them on a Fiskar's (I think) rack with other Fiskar products, in a different
area.
This is the second week my Jo-Ann's add didn't come, and I have been
getting them scanned.   They suggest someone at the post office 'likes'
them.
