Dog Wood Tree Card

Post by a-scrapbooking-div » Tue, 26 Apr 2005 11:01:41

I went out today with my mother in law and she loved the fact that some
trees are in full bloom in our neighborhood full of flowers.

So as inspiration and the fact my parents got me a tree stamp, I tried
my hand at making one.  It is under my card making file in my webshot

That's a lovely card, Kate!  It really looks like a dogwood on a beautiful
spring day!
Dogwoods here are already past their flowering stage, and I miss them
already. Local folklore says that when the dogwood blooms, the cold is over
and spring is really here. Someone should'a told the weatherman... we're
under a frost (possibly freeze) warning tonight. And I just packed the
flannel pajamas. Oh well...
