FS: Hard to Find, PROTO E8/9's in SF and SP Daylight

I have a friend who would like to sell a brand new Proto 2000, E 8/9 in
Santa Fe, #86, and a brand new Proto 2000, E 8/9 in SP Daylight, #6054.
These have been out of production for quite some time and are VERY difficult
to find, especially the SF.  These engines run a smooth and pull as strong
as any engine currently made, brass or plastic.  The level of prototypical
detail and paint quality is beyond compare.  If you've got any of the P2K
equipment, you know exactly what I'm talking about.  He found them at a
large show back east where these lines aren't quite as popular as out here
in the west and contacted me knowing that I model and collect these lines.
I already have these items or I'd jump on it.  I told him I'd see if anyone
here was interested.  He is a very reputable person and most trustworthy to
deal with as I have purchased many items of significant value through him
with never a hitch.  If you're interested please email him at

Have a good day.
