I just got the 1st US R/C Flight School's book: Sport Aerobatic Flight
Training,
it looks really good, it describes in detail different maneuvers (Loops,
rolls, Immelmann, Cuban 8, etc).
Their web address is: www.goflightschool.com.

Try Duane Coles book "Roll around a point". Although written for 1:1
aircraft it is a VERY GOOD introduction to the basics of aerobatics. There
are nice drawings taking you step-by-step through different maneuvers.
Because the book is old you may have to obtain it second-hand or from a
library.
