         Hi everyone . Just a short opinion question I am looking to
make 5 gal of fresh fruit wine. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I have an empty carboy and I can't stand to see it just sit there!

Heh, what do you have in the way of available fresh fruit? You likely dont
want to be buying raspberries at this time of year...maybe grapefruit? Where
are you located?

Paul,
   unless you live in the southern hemisphere, go to your nearest produce
company. No, not the grocery store, but a produce company. You can usually
find 5 gallon pails of frozen fruit for real reasonable prices.
   If you live in the southern hemisphere, go to your local farmer's market
or check out local growers of fruit. It's all an adventure.
