country wines - recipe book suggestions?

Does anyone have suggestions for a good country wine book? With lots of
recipes, fairly simple ones, that seem to come out well??

Thanks for any responses,
Rich D

C.J.J. Berry's book "First Stems in Winemaking"...excuse me, thats
"Steps", but if wine can be made from stems, Cyril will know how. I think
this is the one with a recipe for "Kitchen Refuse Wine".  I have heard
good things about his Beetroot Port, and Wheat & Raisin wine is said to
have won the war. $11.50 list

Country Wines, Vargas & Gulling, Garden Way Publishing, $12.95

The Country Winemaker & Brewer, ed. Humphrey, Teaparty Books, $8.95

Lost Arts, Lyn Alley, Ten Speed Press, $7.95.  This is on foodcrafting in
general, curing olives, goat cheeses, mustards, vinegar.

There are also specific books on Meads, Ciders and Sake.
