Basic wine classes in San Jose & Monterey 9/9 & 9/16

Hi folks.  It's time once again for my annual Basic Home Winemaking
class for University of California Santa Cruz Extension.  It's a one day
Saturday class, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., that covers everything from harvesting
to bottling.  Timed for when grapes are available, September 9 will be
held in Cupertino, near San Jose.  The September 16 class will be in
Marina, near Carmel.
The Cupertino class, where I've done this for several years, is
beginning to approach capacity for enrollment.  But the inaugural run in
Marina is lagging far behind.  I hope to see you, especially in Marina,
where we'll have a cozier, more personal exchange.
To enroll (I believe it's $89) call UCSC Extension at (800) 660-8639.

See you there,
