Inspired by an in person conversation with Meg last week (over a glass
or two of grape wine) who attempted to educate me on the inspirations
of a country wine maker:
Oft times I hear a common lament,
"If it's edible will it ferment",
So do as you otta,
Add acid, sugar and water,
And make certain the vessel will vent.
