Well, a week ago I bought a can of Zinfindel concentrate, followed teh
directions on the can, except I used 1/2 gallon of honey instead of
sugar called for on the can. I used Pastuer Champange yeast, and it has
worked fine in th ewine I started from grapes, the melomel I used to
make a 2nd wine with grapes, and the first batch of wine I made back in august.
Yesterday I added about a quart of apple cider, and 3 quarts of water, as the
cider wa starting to ferment on it's own (my wife used the rest of the bottle
to make some wasel <sp>), and left the cider on the counter.
Anyway, is this going to get the melomel going?
