Hi, I've been lurking for a while & learning lots.
I haven't made any wine yet but hope to start soon. My question is, if I
start a batch now (from a kit), do I need to do anything to the batch
between day 24 through 38 (assuming a 45 day kit) since I won't be home
those days?

No problem Corine. Let it sleep for a while. I myself rack around day 5 or
6, then a month or a month and a half later, with sulfite this time, with or
without clarifying agent.
