Go to your local Italian quarter -- no doubt you'll find at least one Italian
market that will sell you either at least the juice or perhaps even have
access to the grapes.

Grape Source in New York City/Central New Jersey area?

Don,
Corrado's in Clifton NJ is a place to check out.  I've looked else where but
haven't found much else.  I've been told that there are places in Nweark but
nobody knows the name of a place or a location.  I wouldn't suggest just looking
around either.  Nothing against Newark, but not worth the effort with Corrado's.
Corrados's - 600 Getty Ave., Clifton, NJ, 07011
201340-0848
Their grapes have been coming in since the 1st week of September.
I've seen just about every variety called out sold here.  This place is very big
with old time wine people.  They've been in the business for something like 30
years.  Never being to any other place in the area I don't know who can compare
to this place.  Give them a call, I'm sure you will find everything you need
(supplies, etc.).
Regards,
Mark
