My Pinot Noir which has been sitting in bottles for more than a month now,
has thrown off a good pile of sediment in the bottles. I fined with the
kit's isinglass, and used potassium sorbate, and then after a week or so,
I then filtered with coarse paper. I thought all this would end sediment
being thrown off. Did I miss something, or is there something else I
should do to avoid this?
