My wine kit has been in the fermentation vessel for four days, and hasn't
started fermenting.
How can I kick start it?
Thanks

How can I kick start it?
Thanks

There are some questions that need answered before anyone can really help.
1, Did you add the yeast. ( I know it is dumb to ask but did you add it)?
2, Did you follow the instructions?
3, What is the temperature of the room that the fermenter is located?
4, Many high quality kits offer Tech support. Does yours? If so I suggest
calling them.
5 do you have an air lock on the fermentor to allow gases to escape ( this
also provides a visual for fermentation)?
Try answering those and I am sure that we can probably provide some help.
Call the kit manufacturer if they provide support. I am sure that they want
you to be successfull.
