What did the "kit instructions" say to do?

Do you have any leftover "kit packages"?

I used concentrated muscat juice from Homebrew heaven
and i folloed the instructions to the letter
excpt i did not put acid blend in it..
I was asvisded not to do this from an old wine maker i know..
and i mis caclulated its been close to 4 months..
so i thought it would be clear as water now.

thanks

What you said was, "I started a muscat kit"
Kits generally contain additional items which when
combined in a timely manner will produce the advertised
product.
And how come all of sudden you can't spell worth a Sh_t?

Hi Danny
Don't loose the faith,.....add that acid and don't forget the sulfur
1/4 teaspoon per 5gal. In a couple of months it should clear.
Keep us posted on the outcome,Muscat can make a great wine.

I'm really glad you posted this, you've confirmed
my opinion of you.

His spelling Vs Your upper/lowercase.  Not a great
deal of creativity, but then you may have misunderstood.

I think you've overestimated your ability.

Why do you resort to this level of communication?
What does it prove? Are you bored?
Is this your idea of fun? What would it take to convince
you not to react and respond in this manner?

Did you add Pectic Enyzme.....
Did you try calling Homebrew Heaven and asking them

You can also try adding some tannin.  It will clear your wine. If the pectic
does not work,  then call HH and ask for sparkoloid or Bentonite.  They will
explain how these fining agents will work.

I have not heard that tannin helps to clear hazy wine.  Can anyone confirm
this?

Hi Greg:

Tannins (with their natural negative [-] electro-magnetic charge) will help
to precipitate out proteins (with their natural positive [+]
electro-magnetic charge) in a wine.  Hence, if a wine has a protein haze,
the addition of tannin will often eliminate the haze through particle
conglomeration & precipitation.

Also, it is this natural precipitation of proteins by tannin which causes
most red wines to become automatically protein stable.

Hope this helps.
