JR 388 and GV-1

JR 388 and GV-1

Post by Marc de Douallie » Wed, 02 Aug 2000 04:00:00

Hi guys,
    I remember seeing a posting a while back about using a GV-1 with a
JR 388 Tx.

I have just received my GV-1 and would like to install it and set it up
this week.

Any tips?

The first tip, Marc is use stick switching. If you inhibit it, throttle hold
wont work with your radio

Does the 388 have an auxilliary channel that can be controlled by the
Idle-Up switch? If so then you can use that for a dual speed set-up.

If you read my post "Setting up engines (was Real Good Fuel)" dated 19 July,
that should give you a few clues as to how to dial the governer in.

If you can't find it, let me know and I'll email you a copu.

Tim.

Please email.

I looked on Deja News itself and couldn't find it.

Thanks
