Is this a good kit? Is it worth the $, or are there better kits out there?

From postings elsewhere, there has been quite a bit of negative press about
the 4-stroke 52-Surpass in the Legato. Many Legato owners have since
converted to the Nexus 46 because the 4-stroke did not give the power they
desired, and resulted in lots of engine tweaking.

If you're in the market for a 40-size Kyosho heli, you should probably look
at the Nexus 46 or the Concept 46VR instead.

Anyone have trouble with starter shaft breakage on the Legato? I have gone
through 3 of them and hardly got the engine broke in. Seems the comprssion
is too great for the shear pin and plastic cog that mates with the cooling
fan.
