Realflight Deluxe Controller

As many have said the real flight deluxe is a good sim. but.

I have two problems that are really annoying me.
1) It takes a Loooooong time for the program to start. I guess this is due
to the
copy protection used  but it takes the luster off the product when it wastes
my time WAITING ! Can we fix this Great Planes? Why doesn't 100% caching at
exit relieve us of this curse?
2)I made the miscalculation of buying the software with the TX interface
thinking I would be able to buy the controller separately. Its not available
separately. The interface is available separately why not he controller? My
JR radio is at horizon being upgraded for ccpm. SO I cant use my nice sim
because the controller isn't available separately. Yes I did it to myself
with help from Great Planes.

Where can I buy a good controller that will work with RFD?

Thanks I feel alittle better.

Yes I know what you mean. Even with the latest patch I still get the
occasional "insert CD and restart" dialog box which is very frustrating.

I may be mistaken but it seems I saw someone post something about the Dave
Brown control box working, or maybe it was the Tx interface which wouldn't
help you. What you could do is just by a cheap 4 channel am radio and use
that, since the RFD controller would probably be really expensive if it were
available. Hope you get running soon.

I got my spare xmtr to use with my interface at Pete's Hobbies.
616-245-3106, since I do not want to wear out my levers and batteries.
They are about $20, or $50 for a 8 channel.
