I was wondering if it would be possible to put a saito 56
into the nexus legato, having flown airplanes for a while
i acquired this and dont want to spend the bucks for a new engine
until i'm sure that i like helis.

BTW. would this helicopter work for training?

thanks

As far as I know, the engine is allready included in the kit.

The Legato already comes with a special heli version of their OS .52
four stroke installed, so you don't need the Saito.  Whether a Saito
will work or not depends on the engine case dimensions, and the
crankshaft dimensions.

MD,

I mean no offense here, but looking for ways around properly setting up
any heli as a newcomer is asking for trouble, confusion and a resulting
dislike for the hobby. Do go with the legato, though. I have a friend who
bought his when it first hit the shelves and I flew it. It really is a
neat "concept"- no pun. :-)

Good luck,

Andrew
