Edison Standard Phonograph

I have an Edison Standard Phonograph  - Serial # 628492

It comes in an oak box with a cover and handle and has a handle
for winding on right side.

Questions:

1.  Value - good to very good condition - plays well

2.  Did this model ever have a horn?  The voice box has a small
sprout that could hold a small horn.

3.  Are cylinders available?  I have only one, "Too much Ginger
    One-Step Band"  (#2435)

Any information would be appreciated.
