there?

There are to be no holes other than the pressure fitting to the gas tank
and the exhaust port itself.  any other holes and you will loose power.

This foam stuff it dirt and caster oil.  the trucks are clean when there
are no leaks.

no

you should have that hole welded shut.  it will help you in the cleaning
department but more importantly you will see an increase in power.
