You just said the brand -- Sanyo.

Could be the motor, could be the batteries.  An easy way to tell is to
swap.

A brand-spanking new stock motor which has not had the bushings broken in
has a great deal of friction in it, which may be enough to notice.

You may also have different brushes/springs in the motors, which may be
the cause of a performance difference.

The bearing drag from the drivetrain is neglagable.

I've been told the Reedy motor turns more RPM than the Midnight, and the
Midnight has more torque.

Hi yall,
I've got a friend who recently purchased a T3 after seeing my T3 jump better
than his poorly setup Stampede(100wt shock oil!!!).  He had a jump park similar
to freestyle motocross parks and mine would clear all jumps with ease.
Now he put in a Reedy Rage Type R Stock motor into his T3, with yellow Sanyo
1500 stick packs, brand unknown, that have been abused by his friend who has no
clue about charging or discharging.  He put a 18 tooth pinion and 87 tooth spur
in it.
I have a Paradox Stock with Trinity Polarized brushes and stock everything
else, with 19th pinion and 87 spur, Dynamite 1500 red sticks(properly charged
and discharged).
He has a Super Rooster ESC, mine is a Hitec HFX(Fwd only)
Mine is broken in much more, like my wheels spin about twice as long and my
differential is much smoother also.
They are both T3 teamsso what is the difference, is it the motor,
the batteries?
What?
Thanks for taking the time to read it, waaaay long , but I need it to get it
all out
Thanks again

Not to be a smart allec, really I'm not.  What is the correct way to charge amnd
discharge a battery.  If you know the answer maybe you can tell me.  I want to do it
right if I am doing it wrong.
