XX4 Rear Shock Tower.

I managed to snap my rear shock tower (I guess it was a pretty big jump)

Should I replace it with the Stifzel plastic part or get
a graphite one? Does Losi Make a graphite one? Or does someone else make
one?

I think thet graphite, for the extra expense is worth its weight in gold. Yes,
I am not sure, but I think the rear shock tower is the same as the XX

Whooaaaa there! You do realise the error(s) there? 1.For the rear
shock tower, stick with the newer design standard tower, the graphite
is too brittle there. 2. The rear shock tower does not even vaguely
resemble a XX tower. Not flaming or anything, just giving correct info
based on experience. Not for rear towers, but 4 bulkheads and at least
a half dozen front towers, and the graphite was worse than the
standard stuff.

Cure all handling problems, with excessive horsepower of course!

You know the drill.

No, neither the rear shock tower, nor the front shock tower, for that matter, is
the same as for the XX.  Losi does offer shock towers in both the regular plastic
or graphite for the XX-4.  The graphite, of course, does cost a bit more, but it
is stiffer.  It isn't necessarily more durable than the plastic.  If you are still
at that point in your driving skill where you tend to break arms on the thing or
shock towers fairly often, you will want to stay with the plastic.  No slight
intended as to your driving ability... :-)
