Info wanted /Gas Heated Soldering Irons & Flash Kiln

Does anyone know a source that sells gas fired soldering irons?  One
of my electrics died and several compatriots said I should try gas
irons. Unfortunately they weren't sure where to get them in Canada.
Anyone in the UK have an address?
I would like to run it on propane if possible.
Also...anyone have information about obtaining a gas-fired flash
kiln for glass painting? New or used. I used one when I was working in
"the States" and loved it.

I'm sure you can buy a gas iron on your side of the pond, but if not,
try:-

Kansa Craft
The Flour Mill
Wath Road
Elsecar
Barnsley
S74 8HW
U.K.

Cost is about 55 pounds trade. Don't know what that translates to in
Canadian Dollars.

If you want me to check it out for you, just e-mail me- I visit them
regularly.

Can't help with the kiln.

Mick
