lost & found?

Post by Saraja » Thu, 27 Feb 1997 04:00:00

Dear everyone.
Last week I posted some info on reduction, at the request of bdrai.
Did anyone see it? Carol S. said she looked for it, but did not see it.
Should I repost? Or have I been "turned off" again? (if THIS makes it
to the newsgroup, I'll know i'm still connected.... help,I'm lost!)

Hi Sarajane-  I haven't seen that post either.  Was it a very long post?  Some
news servers have a size limit, but I can't imagine it could have been THAT long!
Unless for some rediculous reason your server has a very small limit!  But please
do re-post.  I know reduction is the most confusing part about making canes, so
there must be dozens of people out there wanting to know about it!  :-)

I have also been having problems getting posts onto the newsgroup.  Originally I thought it was an AOL problem, but it appears that it's happening to people from other servers as well.  Is there anyone you can e-mail to alert them to this problem (i.e should I contact someone at AOL, or is there another route to take)?

Thanks for your help, assuming this gets onto the newsgroup :-)
