Here's something new from the kids section of*** Blick-Twisteez wire. It's
PVC coated copper wire in solid colors:light
pink.red,orange,lavender,purple,yellow,light and dark blue ,turquoise,mint
green, green, black and white. The coating is thicker than on telephone wire so
it is a little fatter. Comes in a package of 50 thirty inch lengths for $7. I
just tried a sample in the oven and it was fine.I don't know if all the stores
have it. The label says,Rabinowitz Design Workshop,Bethany,CT
06524,tel.203-393-2397. Very nice not to have the usual telephone wire stripes
on it! American Science and Surplus has solid color wire in tan and gray, which
happens to work very well for some of my stuff. Just figured this would be
useful information!
