Classes/Guild in Norfolk/Richmond, VA area?

Post by Susan Fyf » Wed, 23 Jul 1997 04:00:00

Does anyone know of anyone who is teaching polymer clay techniques in the Norfolk/Richmond, VA area?  I am only interested in making clay beads for jewelry.  I have signed up twice for a class at my favorite beading store, but it was cancelled due to lack of interest.  I would even be willing to pay for a private class.  Also, is there a Guild in my area I could contact?

Thanks.

Susan

You live fairly close to the most comphrenhesive polymer clay workshop
program in the country (several blocks from the Alexandria Amtrack
Station) at The Art League School at the Torpedo Factory in Alexandria,
VA. For a catalogue listing details on workshops by Nan Roche, Kathleen
Amt, CityZen Cane, Lindly Haunani, Ruth Anne Grove, Tory Hughes and Celie
Fago...call or write school for more information and upcoming catalogue
