new craft auction site

After reading the post titled "FOUR HOURS TO GO" I went to the
site http://www.internetkaleidoscope.com to check it out.

It looks like an auction site just for art and crafts! However,
there is currently not a category for Polymer Clay. I e-mailed
them to encourage them to create one - I would love to have a
simple to get to site for JUST polymer clay creations by other
artists!

If you are interested go to the site and click on the "E-mail
Us" icon at the top right side of the page and ask for a polymer
clay category!

But there is no place for non-jewelry polymer clay items - the
site master responded to my e-mail and said they are considering
it and think it is a good idea - so keep your eyes peeled! We
may have a new place to display and hopefully sell some pieces!

Although not just for Polymer, this is a free auction site
(no charge to post or sell items)

It was closed for awhile, but is not reopened and will
continue to "free to list" - She is also working on getting
PayPal or someone like that to offer their services.

She is also arranging for a classified ad section on the
site and it will have links to at least one very extensive
Polymer Products Catalog,
        The Artway, Inc  http://www.theartway.com

If you have ideas on how to "spread" the word, please let
them know.
Among other things, the site will begin to be advertised in
the classifieds of several magazines beginning in the Fall.

Back from visiting my mother and I find over 250 messages waiting for
me here!  Yipes!  (and don't ask how many new msgs in the other groups
I visit *shudder*)

Kaleidoscope now has a Polymer Clay category, with a break down into
sub categories:
Beads
Canes
Dolls
Figurines
Jewelry
Kaleidoscopes
Masks
Paintings
Sculpture
Vessels
Wall-Hangings
Writing Instruments
Tools, Supplies & Books
Miscellaneous

Looks like they are just waiting for some polymer clay items to
auction!

3 cheers for http://www.internetkaleidoscope.com
Hip, hip, huzzah!  Hip, hip, huzzah!  Hip, hip, huzzah!

GREAT! As soon as I get my digital camera (an figureout how to
use it!)  ;) look for me there and everywhere else - I feel like
I've been missing out on so much with not being able to get in
on the web picture-sharing!!
Cant wait!
