I don't know of a web site for this, but what I have used in the past to
tie dye is rope or string tied in several places on the item and then I
used Rit Dye that you can find in the supermarket.  I then dyed the item
according to the instructions on the Rit Dye package.  I don't know if
this is what you were looking for, but I hope it help!  Take care!

Tulip ( the co. that makes fabric paint) also makes a tye-dye paint. I
haven't used it yet, but it looks like it would work well.
