Found Collection

Hello - anyone here know what material is used when dipping small
lightbulbs.  It appears to be silicon but can't be sure.  The result of
dipping produces a tail that stands up and has a slight curl to it.

I have seen a liquid *** product in hardware stores that is used for
dipping tool handles.  It comes in black, white, red, blue and yellow.
Those colors could be mixed together to create any shade...  Usually,
anything you can find in a hardware store will be far cheaper than the
same product in a craft store.
