Has anyone used this?  Is it possible to print on it by a printer and then
transfer the picture to cloth?

Yes there is such a paper, but it is not just the paper.There are two process that I know of;
 The first is designed to go through a color laser copier. You can print out a color image from
almost any color printer and then take it to a copy center with the special paper ang some centers will
run the copies for you(not all centers are willing to do that)

The second application is not a transfer paper(any paper will do), you use a sublimation toner in
a laser printer to print a sheet and then use heat to transfer it to the garment.

I use the mentioned papers (both of them) a lot. What are your
questions?

If you have something to be printed, graphic etc. I can print it if
you like onto one of the papers mentioned. Then all you need is an
iron to finish the transfer!
