ISO Miniature Bagpipes for a Doll/Puppet

Does anyone know of a supplier for can buy miniature bagpipes for a
small doll/puppet?  I'd prefer a Canadian source but I'll take what I
can get :-)

A friend bought a little puppet and he'd like to duplicate it for a
family reunion.

"It is about five inches tall, round and covered in white fur. It has
little feet two eyes and a red nose, and a Nova Scotia tartan tam. Then
on the left side it has a set of bagpipes in the NS tartan.  What I am
looking for is where I can get these little pipes that they used in
making the bagpipes.  They are a little plastic pipe and it looks like
they just glued then in behind the tartan."

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You might also try asking in rec.crafts.dollhouses -- they would have
information on sources for miniature items.

Good luck!
