Edible Bubbles

I know that Candy Bubbles is a commercial product, but does anyone have
a recipe to make edible bubbles? I read that Candy Bubbles uses some
stuff from toothpaste in place of the soap in the regular bubble recipe,
but I don't think it's something I can get my hands on.

The active ingredient is sodium lauryl sulfate, which is a detergent and
foaming agent. It's what makes toothpaste foam, not to mention
dishwashing liquid, shampoo or any other foaming cleaning product.

In the small amounts found in the bubbles it is harmless but the liquid
shouldn't be eaten outright.

You could ask a pharmacist if you can get any somewhere. Failing that,
any foamy mouthwash which doesn't have *** in it might work as a
base.
