Hi all,

I got a couple of Mr. Metal Color bought long time ago drying up. Can
anyone suggest a thinner I can use on them that I can buy in US? Really
appreciate it.

Why, the best of course, Mr. Color Thinner. ;-)

I still have about 10 250ml bottles in stock, for $6.33 a pop, and I'm in New Hampshire.

Nope, the Aqueous Hobby Acrylic can be thinned with (91%) Isopropyl ***, or Windex..

(You CAN thin it with Mr. Color Thinner, I think, but it's not cost effective...)

As for the Mr. Metal Primer, I believe that stuff is used for painting white-metal parts, not really for priming for use with Mr.
Metal Color.

If you're painting on plastic, Mr. Surfacer 1000 should do the job just fine as a primer.

I'm planning on getting in some stock of Mr. Metal Primer, it's just a question of when.. probably next month.
