HLJ order error

i wonder if anybody else has had this happen.

i ordered a couple of kits from HLJ, and i received quick response on my
order status and requests for credit card info. after about (2) weeks of
waiting the UPS guy arrived and handed me an HLJ package. i opened it to
find a Robbie the Robot kit, not what i had ordered.

i immediately e-mailed HLJ about this and requested how to fix this
situation. i can only assume i would be charged for this, and since this
kit, according to the HLJ website, is a pricey kit i didn't want to pay
for it.

HLJ seems like a great company, with many advantages for avid kit fans,
and i know such problems are common in a high-volume mail-order business.
i'm sure HLJ will help me rectify this error, i was just curious if anyone
else had this happen and how long it took to fix it. thanx for any
response!

  I've certainly heard about several such errors over the 'net... one of
the most humorous being one where two guys with the exact same name were
both ordering from HLJ, and they got each other's kits! GRIN!

  But that being said, I've ordered from many many anime-places and errors
have occassionally happened. I've ordered kits from Rising Sun and have
gotten the wrong ones and been charged for 'em too... Luckily I had
friends who wanted those particular kits so it wasn't too bad in the long
run, but still a little disconcerting!
