i wonder if anybody else has had this happen.
i ordered a couple of kits from HLJ, and i received quick response on my
order status and requests for credit card info. after about (2) weeks of
waiting the UPS guy arrived and handed me an HLJ package. i opened it to
find a Robbie the Robot kit, not what i had ordered.
i immediately e-mailed HLJ about this and requested how to fix this
situation. i can only assume i would be charged for this, and since this
kit, according to the HLJ website, is a pricey kit i didn't want to pay
HLJ seems like a great company, with many advantages for avid kit fans,
and i know such problems are common in a high-volume mail-order business.
i'm sure HLJ will help me rectify this error, i was just curious if anyone
else had this happen and how long it took to fix it. thanx for any
