How to use GZ Mr Color Pearl paint?

Hi guys, i finally got some Mr Color pearl, specifically Pearl White
can i add this to any color to let it have a pearlescent quality when
painted?
I am thinking of painting Rei's swimsuit in pearl blue color

This is what I've observed about the pearl paints..... theyre mostly
transparent, and are best applied over an undercoat. I'd spray the pearl
white over a white base for the pearl effect, or pearl blue (pearl blue
over white looks really cool). Also, try applying pearls over dissimilar
colors. Like white over blue, for interesting effects. Also, if you do
airbrush sading, for a cool look try mixing a touch of pearl painti nto
your shading mix.

Cool,
yeah, this was what i was wondering
and this is great for gk specifically
preshading for clothes ( i am thinking
there are plenty of ways of painting swimsuits)
i wonder if i can simulate glitter style makeup using pearl hmmm....

cant wait to start experimenting

I'll have to add some of the Pearl colors to my initial order of Mr. Color..

Here's what I have listed for Pearl colors:

Gloss White Pearl
Gloss Green Pearl
Gloss Red Pearl
Gloss Blue Pearl

Shame they don't list a Gloss Yellow Pearl.. you could mix your own pearl color that way.

Or use silver paint (or other metallic colors) as a base coat under the
pearl paint.
