This Betty Magnet is made by
ATA-BOY INC. for

It was a promotional item made for
Archie Comics.
Betty is dressed in blue jeans with tee shirt and
blue sneakers with red ribbon in her blonde hair.
The front of the magnet is a type of metal
with a coating to give a shiny porcelain-looking finish.
It is pale blue.
The front with her picture is a fabricated metal in order
to support the magnet portion on the reverse side.
I have 3 of these identical magnets available.
They have surface scratch marks.
I would like to sell all 3 together, but will sell separately,
if necessary.
The price is $6.00 each or all 3 for $17.00

BARBIE COUNTRY LIVING HOME

Most of the rooms are in Near Mint Condition.
The colors are very sharp.
The bottom edges of the Home shows wear marks.
Top plastic orange roof is cracked on 2 corners.
The Country Living Home has 3 large
vinyl pieces.
It is a one-level Home.
It opens into 3 rooms.
One room has a fireplace on one wall.
Another wall has a door and
T.V. on a shelf with books, gumball machine
and flowers and cabinet doors that open
at the bottom.
The third wall within this room has 2 doors that
push open into the next room as well as a
grandfather clock and plant pot with mirror above it.
The 2nd room is a large kitchen. On the door that
you enter from the 1st room, there is a refrigerator
on one side. The back wall has a stove with
condiments rack above 2 pot holders*** on the
wall. Next to that is a sink in front of a large picture
window. There are vegetables on the sink and to the
left is a blender. There are cabinets below the sink.
On one wall it has a top and bottom swinging door into the
3rd room. To the side of the doors is a clock on the
wall and a planter below that.
The 3rd room is a bedroom. It has a
telephone on one side of the swing doors and
a plant in a pot on the other side of the door.
On the wall it shows a desk with a typewriter
on it, a pencil cup holder filled and a chair
pushed under the desk. Above that is a shelf
with assorted items on it.
The left side of that wall has a headboard with
a picture above it and a*** light above that.
The far wall shows a large wicker-type white chair
with yellow pad. There is a matching table with
a tall glass holding a drink on it and 2 straws
in the glass. Above that is a small picture.
Above that is a plant pot with a*** plant in it
held on either side by ropes.
A large size bed is included inside which has
matching fabric on the spread, pillow and
headboard.
When the case is closed it shows the outside
of a house.

FRANCIE & BARBIE FASHION DESIGNER ELECTRIC
DRAWING SET # 8273
1966 - Lakeside Toys
The desk is in good condition.
It has a lavender plastic base with a white top so you can place the
Designer Guides onto it. The white plastic top has marks
on it which could have been an eraser marked over it
or something to that degree. On the right side there
appears to be a minor pen point thin crack about 3/4".
None of this takes away from the function of the desk,
which works. On the reverse side there is a long plug
and 15 watt bulb under the desk.
The Portfolio of Designer Guides are in their original
envelope.
There is also a Portfolio with pictures of Barbie, Midge
and Ken on it and it contains one sheet of sketch paper
inside.
Sketch Paper as well as Colored Pencils, Pencil
Sharpener and Eraser are missing.
Regarding the box, there is tape of one edge which was
repaired at one time, but due to age it lifted off. The
box lid is badly crushed on 2 underneath sides. It appears
that at one time something was on top of it that had
weight to it that caused the crush. Also, there
is a name on the top left corner and price marked on
the bottom right with the word paid above it.
The photos of Francie and Barbie are in nice shape except
for a thin pen mark under Francie's chin and into her brown
hair (which I didn't notice the first time I looked at it - not
really that noticeable - there are minor creases
in the top of the box lid).
