i have read this book too. gives some different perspectives and is good even
if you are thinking about opening a store. look before you leep and read this

The publisher dumped a bunch of these onto the remainder market in the past
year, so you should be able to find a cheap copy.  (I'll be putting some up
on yabe eventually -- if I  can figure out which box they're in.)
