Can anyone help with antique find

I have a queen Victoria diamond jubilee glass dish but can't find any info
for it, some French glasses or Victorian
Also a  paperweight with a picture of Staffordshire probably late 18th or
early 19th century

Surprisingly enough there are some people selling the above mentioned dish on
Ebay.  Also there were links to sites in the UK - mostly having to do with
archival information about Queen Victoria, information about how the dish was
invented specifically for her and information that seems to link it to her
Coronation ceremonies

- just a few to start with
